I am now officially bonafide again for another year. I'm O-fficial, ye understan? I paid my dues. It's 65 degrees outside today and I was moved to scoot over to the Kentucky Dept. of Fish and Wildlife Resources site and buy my fishing license for this year. Our license year runs from March 1st through the end of February of the next calendar year, so March is when you do this. If you're a Kentucky resident (or non-resident for that matter) and you want to fish or hunt in Kentucky, you can go here and get yourself a license. I encourage you not to take the chance of getting a citation, losing your equipment, or any such nonsense like that.
I usually get a resident combination license (fishing and hunting) with an additional Trout permit. That covers me for anything I might want to do through the year. It's pretty handy being able to do that online now. It just feeeeels better having that thing in my wallet again. Aaaaaaahhhhh. I'll start a new 2008 fish counter to the left soon. Hopefully, I'll beat last years number.
