holy crAP!
Holy crap is right. I had heard the rumors and definitely found out today that The Police ARE getting back together for a world tour! These guys are in my top 5 favorite bands of all time. To say the least, I'm fairly excited. Now, if somehow in this world I can get my big ass to one of these concerts, my happiness level will go up ever so slightly. You can check out ongoing news about The Police Tour on the site. Sting had a couple of words to say about it, as did Stewart Copeland.

This is one of the very few groups, for me, who's entire catalog of music I like. I can listen to pretty much anything they did and like it. It's all good. This is just a little musical dream come true. And Andrew Careaga, I see they'll be in St. Louis in July. I think I might know somebody else trying to scrounge up some tickets without selling his car.
