snow > finally
Well finally it snowed last night/today in a significant enough way to make me happy. I'm sure Bryan is happy too, and a few other people who appreciate Winter's beauty. The roads aren't too bad so it's not horrible for people who hate that. The kids loved it too, no school today. Woo hoo!

Maybe it's just a good bit of the kid still left in me or something, but I love a good snow. If Kentucky were just a liiiitttle less in the middle of everything and more in a definite climate range, I'd probably be a bit less frustrated. But I also love Kentucky so I guess I'm stuck. We've had an especially snow-less few years here recently. I vote for a trend change.

That's a little shot out the front door down through our neighborhood this morning about about 8. I didn't even know it was supposed to snow. I came down the stairs this morning looking out our living room windows, saw the snow all over everything and actually smiled and gasped a little like a child at Christmas. I love it. Anyway, happy Winter.
