Tonight is Friday night, and it feels like Friday night. My wife and parents have gone to see my daughter Katey in her play at school. I went last night with our two youngest children as well as Debi and Kyle. Tonight I stayed home with Conor and McKenzie. Conor and I watched one of our favorite movies, Cool Hand Luke. I've probably seen that movie 30 times if once. Great movie - sad, funny, makes you angry, makes you cry, makes you smile. Good stuff.
So I'm waiting for them to call on their way home from the play so I can order Pizza - Friday night treat! It feels like Friday night. I'm sure Friday night feels quite differently to some, but this feeling of "chilled-ness," of nothing really to do, relaxed, very good.
It's been raining all day, still is some I think. I was planning on going fishing tomorrow, still might. If the creek isn't too muddy I'll be there.
