emerging church experiment
Lord forgive me for what I am about to do.... OK, here we go. I just thought it would be very interesting and a bit naughty to put that phrase in the title and maybe a few times in the body of this post to see what the spike in my readership would be today. I know, I know, this is serious stuff and I shouldn't say emerging church unless I mean to actually talk about the emerging church, a "thing" to which I belong - maybe. I may have been kicked out, I'm not really sure about that. I didn't get a memo or even an e-mail. I don't think I talk about it enough any more - the emerging church I mean. Maybe that's it. I'm not rambling on and on getting myself in trouble saying exactly what many want me to say and yet what several hate to hear me say, and again not at all what a few others want to hear me say. Funny - and a little silly.

Maybe I'm being boycotted.
Well, I did used to pretty much favor the IRA as a fine legitimate outfit. That can't be it. What else can I put in here (he said mumbling to himself evilly)? Hmmm, uhhh, let's see - tell Jim Henderson I haven't gotten anybody saved recently - that's a good one. Uuhhh, I get my Alpha News paper and whhaaaaat?? Not one thing about Todd Hunter being the new King of Alpha in the US - sorry, Prince - Nicky would be the King (does that make Sandy the "King-Pop"?). Now I can't say, "see, my friend Todd is the new dealy of the Alpha thing." Crap!

Well, back to the emerging church - seems to me the tide has come in and it's starting to go back out. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. Peace and just a tiny bit of naughtiness to you all.
